Overview
Looking for a CDCA (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) with a passion for helping individuals struggling with substance abuse to join our team. We manage all ASAM levels of care except detox, all on one campus. We have very patient-centered programs with primary goals of accountability, and as results our Residential program has has only 9 relapses in 26 months, and we've only had 6 relapses in our Transitional/Sober Living programs in 26 months.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine treatment needs
- Manage client groups, case management and individual counseling sessions
- Provide direct support and assistance to patients in their recovery journey
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize various counseling techniques tailored to each client case
- Manage cases and maintain accurate documentation of client progress
- Utilize behavior management strategies to support clients in crisis situations
Qualifications
- Certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA)
- We can fully train a strong candidate
