The Program Manager is responsible for performing a wide variety of supervisory activities as directed by the Program Director. The Program Manager will maintain and monitor program execution at the site while also acting as a liaison for the Program Director and Staff. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and incident reporting procedures. He/she will oversee and monitor all program logs and documentation. He/she will be responsible for sufficient number of staff to be on duty and available at all times to provide necessary and adequate safety and care. The Program Manager will be expected to maintain and model, at all times, appropriate behavior and interactions for staff and clients. The Program Manager will update the Program Director and staff of any relevant issues and/or tasks as needed. The Program Manager in conjunction with the Program Director is responsible for coordinating all outings and activities for clients when appropriate. He/she will supervise site and alarm maintenance. Program Manager will be responsible for ongoing process improvement recommendations. All programmatic changes need to be communicated to and approved by the Program Director prior to implementation.
