Job Overview:
The Gallia County Department of Job and Family Services (GCDJFS) is seeking a Program Administrator to oversee and manage critical public assistance programs, including Non-Emergency Transportation (NET), Food Assistance, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid, Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, Employment Services, Public Transit and other essential services. This role ensures effective program implementation, regulatory compliance, and support that support the community’s most vulnerable populations.


The Program Administrator leads staff, supervises program operations, and fosters a high-performance environment through coaching, evaluations, and professional development. Working closely with the Director and senior leadership, this role develops policies and strategies aligned with agency goals while maintaining compliance with federal, state and local regulations.


The Program Administrator also strengthens community partnership and oversees outreach efforts, ensuring programs effectively serve individuals and families.
