Job Overview: We are seeking a cheerful, experienced, and hardworking Operations Manager to lead and manage our field employees, ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning services. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, a commitment to constant learning, and a strong belief in the importance of cleanliness. The right candidate will effectively monitor, manage and participate in the ongoing cleaning of multiple client facilities across our service area. They will oversee and offer support to a large staff of employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and communicate with field employees to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Schedule jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Train new employees at locations.
• Approve employee requests and handle administrative tasks.
• Deliver supplies and equipment as needed.
• Perform and oversee floor stripping and waxing operations.
• Deliver coverage for employee call-offs and ensure uninterrupted service.
• Conduct quality checks at various facilities to maintain high standards.
• Handle sales and service calls to foster client relationships and secure new business.

Required Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cleaning commercial buildings (health care, general office, manufacturing facilities, banks, retail, etc.).
• A passion for constant learning and self-improvement—a learning attitude.
• Leadership abilities and flexibility in managing diverse tasks.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be teachable and coachable.
• Skilled in giving and receiving constructive feedback.

• Travel required.
• Availability for night, evening, and sometimes weekend shifts.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to use a company car.
• Ability to work independently and bring positive energy to those around you.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
