```Responsibilities```
- Provide support and consultation to parents of infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays
- Take primary responsibility for the development and implementation of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Coordinate all necessary services, referrals, assessments, and timelines
- Work in collaboration with other community providers and provide referrals for additional services the family may need.
```Requirements```
- Associate's Degree in Child Development or related field
- DD experience preferred
- Candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain EI Service Coordinator certification through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities
- FBI/BCI Background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical & drug test upon offer of employment

Pay: $17.54 - $18.59 per hour
