We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Refinish Technician (Painter) to join our team. As an Auto Body Refinish Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Match and tint colors.
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and provide accurate auto estimating.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs while meeting quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes and timelines, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body technology.
Experience
- Proven experience in auto body repair is essential; experience in a dealership setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with various types of power tools and equipment used in auto body work.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to interact positively with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
